How to check search and AI readiness with one URL

Enter a URL to check the page features that help search engines and AI answer services read and understand its content. The score describes its current readiness; it does not guarantee rankings or citations.

01

A URL check examines your page as it is now

A URL check reads a public page and examines what can be measured automatically. It reports search readiness and AI answer readiness separately, so you can see how many areas still need attention.

Use the results as a starting point for understanding the live page's technical structure and readiness. They do not predict the business performance of your whole site.

02

Read your scores and improvement areas

Current score

Your page's current technical readiness, measured out of 100.

Potential score

The technical readiness you can realistically aim for by addressing the measured gaps.

Improvement areas

The number of areas that need further review or improvement.

The same score can mean different things depending on your site's purpose and competition. Look at both readiness scores and the areas still needing attention, rather than relying on one number.

03

Search readiness and AI answer readiness differ

SEO

Search engine readiness

Checks the on-page conditions that help search engines discover, understand and include a page in search results.

AEO · GEO

AI answer readiness

Checks the on-page conditions that help AI services identify the publisher, understand the content and use it as answer material.

High search readiness does not automatically lead to AI citations, or vice versa. The processes for discovery and use in answers are not identical, so we report the two scores separately.

04

Scores do not verify actual visibility

AskScore keeps its measured score separate from AI answers. After you provide an email, Astra and Gemini receive the same buyer question without your business name. You can inspect each answer, its sources and whether your business appears.

Each result shows one API answer. It does not predict how often your business will be recommended or what an app will say. Competitor pages use the same checks; excluded checks stay visible so you can judge the limits of the comparison.

05

Most useful before and after site changes

Use a diagnosis as a baseline before launching a site, after changing a domain, or following a major page redesign. When rechecking the same URL, compare both scores and the number of improvement areas.

Your free report includes each measured finding and its suggested correction. After you provide an email, the AI analysis adds prioritized fixes, competitor comparisons and AI answers. Fixes include a Draft when the page provides enough evidence, or Guidance when it does not. Each fix links to its failed check and needs your review before publishing. Only the latest completed report is kept, in this tab. Email is used only for analysis and support, and removed in daily cleanup after 90 days. No marketing or automatic email delivery.

Length alone does not determine search rankings. Length-based quality checks are excluded for Japanese, mixed or uncertain-language pages.
